BLDG 57 REPLACE WINDOWS AT NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO, CA

  • Project managed and performed the design bid build the window replacement for Bldg 57.  Bldg 57 is an existing 50,000 sq. ft. office building at NB San Diego. Bldg 57 underwent major repair and renovation work that included the removal and replacement of the first and second-story windows and frames (133 total), demolition of security screens and misc. furniture removal. The building’s exterior required significant square footage of stucco repair, specialized wood trim work, and tile rework/repair around each window.
  • Within the building’s interior, customized carpentry and window trim work was performed for the new windows, including painting window trim work and surrounding wall systems. The process included the removal and reinstallation of window treatments and coverings.
